50ml Sippin Just Gin

25ml noilly prat vermouth

2 tbspn olive brine

A couple of kalamata olives

Unwaxed Lemon for garnish

1. Pour gin, vermouth and olive brine into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

2. Rim the glass with lemon rind, strain and pour into a martini glass, Add olives to garnish.
