50ml Sippin Just Gin
20ml simple syrup
20ml lemon juice
Top up with champagne
200ml castor sugar
1. Place all ingredients into a pan and bring to boil.
2. Leave to cool, place into a glass bottle and store in the fridge up to 3 months.
1. Add the gin, syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a champagne flute, top up with champagne, add lemon rind twist for garnish.
